By using, accessing, or purchasing from this website ("Site"), which is owned and operated by The Burn Box LLC for the FD Collectors Club (herein referred to as "FD Collectors Club"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Service.
Subscription Plans
FD Collectors Club offers the following subscription plans:
- FD Collectors Club Standard Monthly
- FD Collectors Club Standard Prepay
- FD Collectors Club VIP Monthly
- FD Collectors Club VIP Prepay
- NYC Collectors Club Monthly
- NYC Collectors Club Prepay
Payment Terms
All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. We accept standard e-commerce payment methods, including major credit cards and digital payment platforms. Your payment information is securely processed, and recurring charges will be applied automatically unless you cancel as described below.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Plans
You must cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month. If you cancel after the 1st, you will still receive the final shipment for that month, and all future shipments will be canceled.
Prepay Plans
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the subscription start date. Refunds will be pro-rated at the original monthly rate of $29.99 and adjusted for any discounts or bonus items received. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to report any defective items for a replacement. Please contact support@theburnbox.com with details.
Limitation of Liability
FD Collectors Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products.
Privacy Policy

Firehouse Collaboration and Intellectual Property
The FD Collectors Club collaborates directly with individual members of firehouses who serve as our points of contact. These individuals confirm that they have obtained any necessary approvals for the use of logos, patches, or other designs. FD Collectors Club does not claim ownership of any firehouse intellectual property. All featured products are created with the understanding that these permissions are secured through our designated contacts at each respective firehouse.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
